Our Approach
Choice Support Services provides personalised support services designed to empower participants to live life on their own terms. We work alongside individuals, families, and support networks to deliver flexible, reliable supports that reflect each person’s goals, strengths, and preferences. Our supports are built around respect, dignity, and genuine partnership—ensuring each person feels heard, valued, and in control of their care.
At Choice Support Services, we do not just manage disability support - we live it. Our experienced team members have been working closely with individuals, families, and support networks in the Gippsland region for the past 7 years.
Founded and led by a Director with lived experience of disability, our organisation was built from the inside out, to fix what is often missing in care: true understanding, deep respect, and real choice.
We know firsthand what it takes to navigate the NDIS, face everyday barriers, and fight for autonomy. Because we have walked this path, we do not view you as a line item in a plan. We see you as an individual with unique ambitions, rights, and potential.
Every service we deliver is shaped by this personal insight. We are here to listen to your voice, respect your choices, and back your journey toward genuine independence.
Welcome to a different standard of support. Welcome to Choice Support Services.
Our Mission and Vision
To provide reliable, compassionate disability supports that enable individuals to live with independence, dignity and control.
A community where people with disabilities have equal opportunities and access to inclusive, responsive support services that recognise their strengths and preferences.
Meet Our Director
Real Experience. True Advocacy. Deep Understanding.
When you partner with Choice Support Services, you are backed by leadership that understands your journey inside out.
Our founder and Director established this business not from a corporate boardroom, but from real, everyday lived experience with disability. Having navigated the triumphs, frustrations, systemic barriers, and absolute joys of supporting a son living with a disability, she saw a vital gap in the NDIS landscape: the need for a service provider that truly listens, rather than just coordinates.
"I know what it feels like to fight for your choice, control, and dignity in a system that can sometimes feel cold and institutional. I created Choice Support Services to be the provider I always wanted my son to have—one that sees the person first, respects their autonomy completely, and designs support from the inside out."
